Guest Rick Research Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 She was a Yefreiter when the card was filled out, which I would consider a Private First Class/lance Corporal. Her unit when decorated was 64th Independent Army Workshop of Signals, 7th Guards Army. The line at the bottom reverse of the ARC simply repeats the district Veterans' Commissariat name and rank/name of the officer in local charge of veterans affairs there.
