Laos mililary award...

I assume a merit award. This is the pre Vietnam war era one, there are two older versions.

The Bronze comes up from time to time,. I found two of them. One "antique" dealer said the silver ones are super rare.

The Reign Medals come in three grades (bronze, silver, gold) and with varying inscriptions. Scarce, at best, in the silver and gold grades.

Ribbons are sometimes available through French collectors, usually at substantial prices.

Look on French Ebay under Ruban or Coupe Ruban, this award was quite commonly given to French officers, so the ribbons come up from time to time. It's a red 6mm yellow 25mm red 6mm ribbon for both classes.

This ribbon is possible to come by, so if you didn't find a ribbon yet, they are commonly available on ebay France. You might also find something in the OMSA ribbon bank ?
