Dear Gents

Although I am familiar with the book by Graf Klenau, I have 2 questions:

1. I know from a source that Heinrich Thomas (von) Karcher received a RAO3 between 1810 and 1830. Are there any source to verify the exact date?

2. Just to rule him out from the Klenau book (which I do not possess as yet), could someone look up if he received a RAO2 as well?

Sorry, v. Karcher is not listed as receiving a RAO 2nd in Klenau's book.
