Eric K. Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 (edited) Heres a nice IAB that I got in a group from a gebirgs soldier, Its in great shape with almost all of the silver intact, I was wondering who's the maker since theres no markings, also in the group are alot of HJ pins and two party badges. usually you dont find so much from one person but I guess today was my lucky day!!! Thanks for the help!! Edited January 21, 2007 by Eric K.
Eric K. Posted January 21, 2007 Author Posted January 21, 2007 (edited) and the front. And now for the bad news the person I got these from the Grandson of the vet( who died 3-4 months ago) He told me that just last year they both destroyed 3 helmets with a pick axe and 2 of them had "some mountain troop insignia" attached to them boy I would have loved to get those. Chris Boonzaier Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 a really nice looking badge, both from the condition and the way this maker does them.
mike75 Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 And I think the badge was made in early period of war.
S.Weber Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 A good IAB by S&L or Juncker but its not sure
