Jacques Posted April 20, 2007 Share Posted April 20, 2007 Hi Naoki,These cut out swords have already been explained in this forum.To be simple, the most logical theory is that some manufacturers only used one die, with swords, and simply cut out the swords to make requested crosses. This could have been also made by the retailer's houses. I observed that i.e. Meybauer, Juncker didn't used special die for w/o swords crosses. Generally the swords are cut close to the circle, but sometimes, like your cross Naoki, they have been cut close to the eagles.jacques Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
