Fantastic! is the word! The arm badge you show belongs to Technical Artisan (handwerker)! There are other similar badges.

The color of the edge of the badge is distinguishing. Motor or armoured mechanic,2nd class have no edge but Motor armoured mechanic, 1st class

have a red edge. Finally Master technical artisan have a yellow edge.
