Any idea on his careerdates or awards?Hope you can help me out once again!DavidThere is an Eduard Christoph von Reitzenstein who was promoted to Oberstleutnant in 1850 and was a Generalmajor in the 1861 ranklist, the earliest I have. He was commander of the 2. Infanterie-Brigade. He was born in Wei?enfels in 18001811 Cadet1813 Unteroffizier1816 F?hnrich1818 Leutnant1829 Oberleutnant1839 Hauptmann1847 Major1850 Oberstleutnant 1853 Oberst2.7.1859 Generalmajor He is not in the 1867 ranklist, so he left the Army or died sometime in the interim. Maybe Glenn can add more.
