westfale Posted June 25, 2007 Share Posted June 25, 2007 (edited) Some info's:Milit?rsanit?tskreuz 1870/71, founded 25.08.1870 by Grand-Duke Ludwig III. von Hessen, awarded below 1000 and made by bronze gilded;Milit?rsanit?tskreuz 1914/18, founded 12.08.1914 by Grand-Duke Ernst-Ludwig von Hessen, awarded with "normal" ribbon given 1870 and also with war-ribbon (see my picture) and made by bronze, gilded and also by zinc.
