Guest Rick Research Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 award document:http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?s=&showtop...st&p=232079
Taz Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 Because this Distinci?n was created after the Decreto Ley #30 the award critaria is not in that document. However it seems that it is printed on the inside of the award document itself. Here is a rough translation.Awarded in recognition of merit and work for the enrichment of education and the promotion of work in the educational field and has kept an exemplary and matching attitude to revolutionary principles.Regards Eddie

Guest Rick Research Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 Interesting...the ribbon bar has the flat "C" catch that we associate (perhaps incorrectly) with EARLY awards-- since it is a direct DDR clone. I wonder-- since the ribbons were identical--whether that is the ribbon bar for 15 Years Service in the Ministry of the Interior?
Taz Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 Possible of course Rick, I checked through my other Medals and bars and found the same with the Jesus Menendez Medal though.Regards Eddie
Guest Rick Research Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 They're not making this easy for us, are they? :cheeky:
