The maker mark is a little bit unclear but it shows a "132"(Franz Reischauer/Ida Oberstein) .

"132" is not the most common maker but far away to be really rare.I would place him in the middlefield.It looks like that all stampings by this company are a bit unclear-you have to hold the ring in an angle to see it clearly.....this pic was the best I could get out of my camera,sorry!

i came back to this, looked again,

and can see the "132" now.

this is another case of even good

pictures not being as good as having

the piece in your hands.
