I need help,is the generaladmiral on the photo Herman Boehm ( The SS General is Berger and the Admin is Therbofen).

I do not know who the army Gebirgsj?ger Generaal is at left-- but he was an Austrian, since both his Iron Crosses are the 1939 type.
