Guest Rick Research Posted August 28, 2007 Share Posted August 28, 2007 The Labor Victory, like the others, was issued by his local Veterans Commissariat where he lived, so no clues there.He must have been tough to have survived as a double amputee for at least 53 years.It's funny the things that get lost from groups, even ones as carefuly guarded as he preserved his.
