Troy Tempest Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 Hello again gents! I do apologize for the poor quality of these photos, but I'm hoping they will be enough for you to identify this medal for me. It was labelled Belgium Victory Medal 1914-1918, would this be correct please?
Laurence Strong Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 Commemerative Medal for the war 1914-1918Awarded to Belgian civilains who served with the forces. It came with an assortment of bars and devices.
Troy Tempest Posted September 6, 2007 Author Posted September 6, 2007 Thank you Laurence! I paid $10US for this, is that good or bad or average?
Hendrik Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 Hello Troy,More information on the various ribbon devices for this medal can be found at http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=1036...st&p=104752Cheers,Hendrik
Roeland Posted September 7, 2007 Posted September 7, 2007 I think 10 dollar is a good price, in my country(the netherlands which is next to Belgium) you can buy it for about 5 or 6 euro, sometimes even 10 euro, so 10 US dollar doesn't look to bad for a country that far away.

By the way the ones I bought off you are great!
