Hi,

Picked up this Photo of Field Marshall Von Moltke recently. Have any members ever seen the "round" star on his uniform breast? I've never seen one and was curious as to what it is.

It's the Italian Order of the Most Holy Annunciation, the Italian kingdoms highest order. It is one of the oldest established orders in the world.

Can you show us the breaststar leftside of the Iron Cross? It's look like the Order of the Wendish Crown the Swords from Mecklenburg-Schwerin!

For Seeheld: below is the shot you requested, At first I thought there were no swords present, but it looks like there might be. The swords location appears "darker".
