Thanks. I've blacklighted it and nothing glows. But just from the fact that the paper backing is still partially there, and it has all those little "things" you like to see tells me it's a good one.

What color is the background material... Black, Navy Blue, are Dark Green?

At first I thought it might be black but it appears to be dark green. Too bad. Black would have made it a real find. But I'm still happy with it.

From the photos, I was thinking that it could be a KM Administrative Officer Eagle. Since it is green in color, is is definitely Heer. Regardless, it is a nice representative piece! Thanks for sharing it with us!

I see what you mean about the picture. It does look blue or black doesn't it? Must be the camera. I held some black and navy blue material next to it and it's for sure a dark green. Always happy to share!
