Here is a pic of the mm on my cross.Its only a partial mark.But a K mark.

When I saw Kens I recognized it right away cause this bothered one me for a while also.

If you don't think it is a 'K' then I'd suggest comparing the core and frame with the 'K' examples posted before fully discounting it being 'K'.

For me it's a "K" mark

a vast majority of the "K" MM's i've

seen are quite thin...

and there are a SIGNIFICANT # of

MM's that i have labelled as "unreadable".

in my limited series of exposures to

EK's, i've probably given up on ~5%.

core matching may be your best answer.

Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me but I think it looks like a "G" for Godet.

Heres the front and back of my cross,one thing that I find interesting is.

When you look at the medal ring on the reverse,its a tad bit off center to the left.

The same as Kens cross.

thanks for posting such great pictures

While the front looks very similar, on both yours and mine,

on the rear of mine, the silver frame is not quite as close to F. W.

and the middle oak leaf or the "3" in the "1813" date as on your version.

Apart from that its a very good match.
