Explorer Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 Insituted in 1945. Given to Soviet enginers and other military personal for building bridge over river Dunav. Made from brass. Issued unknown but less then 5000. Ribbon: blue white and red with star (Yugoslav flag). Very rare medal and as far as I can remember never seen on an ebay auction. If anyone is interested, PM me with your offer, I'd be even more glad to trade it for some WW2 stuff.
Bryan Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 (edited) It would be great to have a full shot with the ribbon! Edited December 1, 2007 by Bryan
Explorer Posted December 2, 2007 Author Posted December 2, 2007 I don't have the original ribbon on, it would be an extreme luck to get one.
leigh kitchen Posted December 2, 2007 Posted December 2, 2007 (edited) Looks like one for the sales table rather than this forum mate. Also, you need to name a price please, rather than "auction" the item. Edited December 2, 2007 by leigh kitchen

Christophe Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 (edited) Hi Sebastian,Are you sure it is the right fitting box ? Is there some space in the black velvet of the exact shape of the medal ? IMHO, the box seems too big compared to the medal... The inside also seems very new... But, maybe am I wrong...The screwplates are different. Interesting.Cheers.Ch. Kev in Deva Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 (edited) After highlighting the picture,it seems to fit reasonably well. But a close up of the box empty would be of interest.Kevin in Deva  Edited October 19, 2008 by Kev in Deva
