    Hi again,

Your Engish is just fine and we are all here to help each other if we can. :D

These badges are not as common as they used to be a few years back and are often faked.

However there are many members more qualified to judge the authenticy of this one.

A welcome addition to a collector of early Soviet badges.

I'm sure many members would love to see your Italian items.

    Regards Eddie.

"II." Class is a second, higher award than the same badge with no number on the target.

To see a lot of Soviet badges, look at

    http://www.collectrussia.com/

I cannot keep up with prices any more with everything online-- and then GONE forever.

Your badge is probably from the 1930s.
