    The item in post # 63 is an Iraqi Border Guard beret badge.

    Hello,

    The item in post # 64 is a Military College shoulder patch for the Second Military College. The shoulder patches come in pairs and are worn on each shoulder.

    The 1st Military Cpllege is located South of Baghdad and is the oldest College and was founded in the 1930's.

    The 2nd Military College is (was ) located East of Baghdad and was founded in the 1970's-1980's.

    The 3rd Military College is (was ) located Northwest of Baghdad and founded in the 1980's.

    The 1st Military College is still used. This information was given to me by an Iraqi citizen.

    The item in post # 65 is a Iraqi Air Force Air Defense College arc and patch set. A set is worn on each shoulder.

    The items in post # 78 are as follows :

    The top item is a "Thunder" shock troop beret badge which is clear coated and made of brass.

    The two bottom items are Special Forces beret badges that are cast and in silver and gilt color.

    This reply is for the items in post # 84 and # 87.

    The item in # 84 is an Order of Martyr's Wife.

    The item in # 87 is an Order of Martyr's Mother.

    These Orders were instituted for wives and mothers whose soldiers were lost in the Iraq-Iran War from 1980-1988.

    Both of these Orders were Italian made by Picchiani E. Barlacchi - Firenze. It is marked on the Order's gift case only.

    Hello,

    The item in post # 86 is an Popular Army beret and cap badge. The Popular Army was founded in 1970 and formed to protect the Ba'ath Party against internal opposition. The badge comes in two colors. Gilt color for officers and silver color for enlisted personnel.

    The translation of the badge is :

    Above-Unity Arab Nation,with immortal mission ( Al Ba'ath Party aims ).

    Upper circle right to left - The Faith,the science, the work.

    Middle right book page - In the name of merciful God.

    Middle left book page - Oh God give me more science ( knowledge)

    ( verse from the Holy Qur'an ).
