These are just strange looking non-regulation uniforms:Air Force Technical Lieutenant Viktor Dmitrievich Baranov in Irkutsk 14.02.49 has a collar twice the height normal on his gimnastyorka! Captain of the reserves Grigory Nazarovich Miro(shin?)chenko resident in Volchansky RVK of Kharkov Oblast 15.08.51 is wearing his old M1943 Kitel with the buttons all replaced, and fastened the wrong side up, like women's jackets.
