Rattle Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 After a half days work, i was able to rub off two layers of red and black paint, to uncover the insignias of the US Constabulary force on this Westinghouse liner. It belonged to a Mr. Whatley, who enlisted in Nov. 1945 and served during the occupation of Germany.
