Heer Box of chocolates IAB

Greetings, I spend most of my collecting time and funds seeking out items that have never been in a collection. This grouping was obtained from the son of the late Vet. My guess is not to many war souviners were brought back by women. She was a US Army Nurse and was in the ETO for the final 4 months and there after. Includes a near mint Kriegs flag, Norway and US 48 star flag. The IAB is in near mint condition. I live for these buys/suprises. Best, BIll Bourque

Your nice IAB is a Richard Simm & Söhne and is from the Gablonz area...which is famous for the use of the Ball Hinge.

 

Your example is the 5-vein variant bronze grade.

Here is one I have to compare.
