We are confused. You said

"Finally got the research in" so we thought you HAVE the research. ???

If all you have is the Red Star with no Orders Book, it may be too late to get any research now. The Podolsk Archive is being moved away to... someplace... and we no longer have any researcher there who can find something from ONLY the serial number, without athe recipient's name.
