Col Med/Svc P. Sidorov.This is a very very interesting photo. Taken in '58, so assuming ONE of his Red Stars was a 15 years service award and ONE of his MMMs was for 10 years... that still leaves him with an OPW, TWO "real" Red Stars and a "real" MMM... and yet after 16-19 years of service, he was still only a Captain!
