norwest78 Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 Brought my only gravity knife out for a photo shoot. I'd like to find a nice takedown version some day. Only very slight blemishes on this piece, including a small ding on the handle and some light surface scratches on the blade.--Kevin
J Temple-West Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 One of my all time favourite blades, Kevin. And in stunning condition!Envy..envy..envy.

david wilkinson Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 hello fellow collector. that fj/pilots knife.is very very nice.the wood grips.are in very nice condition.nice one. best wishes. dave,
norwest78 Posted June 22, 2008 Author Posted June 22, 2008 Thanks for your comments, gents. When I first saw this knife, I wondered if the grips had been refinished, since they are very nearly free of dings and scratches. But looking it over carefully, I'm convinced that the knife is all original and in to-die-for condition. Now I just need to find a takedown version, perhaps a little saltier for contrast.Regards,Kevin
