Theese are the highest badges presenter by the Central Commitee of the Trade Union

I belive theese was awarded in two classes Gold and Silver ?

Here is a late Silver one with certificate from 1986 issued to a Woman if I dont read it wrong

Quite well made for beeing a late award like this.
