love4history Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 Certificate to the Bintang Gerilja (Guerillea medal) I was wondering if some of our Indonesian friends could explain his "Pangkat" (rank, second line) which says "Pltd. nrp.107619" and his "Kesatuan/Djawatan" (unit, fouth line) which says Djas. Res. 16 His function (Djabatan, line three) is filled as Angg. (for angota) which means "member"
kapten_windu Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 Hi Roel, it seems you find a very nice item there! Here in indonesia, this item will be a wall decoration.. This document is issued in classic version.. Pltd means Pembantu Letnan Dua (2nd warrant officer), NRP means his number as forces member Djas Res 16 means he was on 16th Regiment.. Windu
