Soviet Soviet Model 1927 Cavalry Cap

Wow....I had no idea it's been so long since I've been on this forum....

I wanted to share with everyone one of my new obsessions, early Soviet headgear. This is my Model 1927 Cavalry hat for the 2nd Cavalry Division, 67th "North Caucuses" Regiment. Thanks to an outstanding individual I'm slowly learning more about these eariler pieces. If there is interest I'd be more than happy to post more of my new toys. Also, any comments positive or negative are appreciated....as I mentioned, I'm still learning!

Ah yes, I'm probably an idiot and will more than likely come out of this as a just an angry, broke torso but life isn't fun without a challenge.
