Denmark Danish badge identification

This popped up in a collection put together by a US Army officer who served in Denmark in the 1960s. It's gilt and enamel, with the otherwise blank reverse marked "Michelsen/Gravor/Aarhus". Any information would be greatly appreciated.

What you have is a Danish masonic badge.

Lodge of Saint Andrew (Sankt Andreas) - the letters CCD stands for "Cubus Christiani Decimi".

http://www.ddfo.dk/kobenhavn/ccd/ will give you the background, although in Danish.

The badge is not rare in any way and is often seen on fleamarkets etc., I've seen them for around 15-20 $ although I'm not really checking as they are of no interest to me.

Many thanks for the information. That fits with several other things in this collection. Of course, there are also some beautiful Danebrog pieces as well. I'll be posting some of those as I get through the inventory.
