Laurence Strong Posted January 1, 2009 Share Posted January 1, 2009 (edited) Just came in and it's in real rough shape, it appears that most of the silver braid is gone and just the cardboard is left and it's desolving also, plus the white piping is missing. It's what I believe is an Obrestleutnant level OT-Oberbaulieter, OT-Oberstabsfrontfuhrer, or a OT-Oberfeldarzt.
