Mongolia Unknown Mongolian Medal

I've searched the OMSA Medal Database and have looked through Dr, Battushigs book and I'm unable to find this medal. Any help Is GREATLY appeciated.

HI there,

This should be categorised under the "Z" section in Dr.B's book.

It is more of a district badge than a province badge but I think it qualifies.

The slogan at the top reads something like,

"Communism for the sake of unity" or something to that effect,

and the bottom says the "Khaliun district" which is to be found in the Gobi-Altai province.
