From what I can determine this held the Order of the Wurttemberg Crown with swords in the Commanders grade. The cross should be around 52 to 56 mm wide based on my measurement of the impression in the bottom of the tray. Too bad the order was not in it! If anyone has one please post a photo so I can see one in color.
