Valgor Posted March 15, 2009 Posted March 15, 2009 I believe its a Meybauer.I absolutely love the "pebbeled" core.If it is a genious fake, i need you to tell me.
Steve campbell Posted March 15, 2009 Posted March 15, 2009 Looks like a one piece cross, maybe from the 30's. Not sure if it's Meybauer, or if the maker is known.
gregM Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 As far as I know, We still do not know the maker of these crosses.
Valgor Posted March 16, 2009 Author Posted March 16, 2009 (edited) I stand corrected. I seem to have misread this post :http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=30186Pherhaps a moderator can edit the misleading title of this thread? (my thread) (i cant) Edited March 16, 2009 by Valgor
Steve campbell Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 I read the other thread and I can see where you are confused. The cross shaped plate on the first cross is a shape seen on Meybauers, but the cross, and the one you have posted are not Meybauers. Nice interesting pieces though. I have a pin back version.
tyanacek Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 Looks like a really nice EKI. It does appear to be a single-piece cross, as the ones with stippling to the center core usually are.Best regards,Tom
