Not only is he a three-times HSL, he also won a Lenin Prize, two Stalin Prizes, a State Prize, and 10 (!) Orders of Lenin. He was also awarded an Order of the October Revolution, two Orders of the Red Banner of Labor, a 1985 OPW1, and several medals and foreign awards.His name is Yefim Pavlovich Slavsky (Ефим Павлович Славский) (7 Nov 1898 - 28 Nov 1991). This guy has 12 Lenins, two HSLs, and an Order of the Red Banner of Labor!Nikolai Semyonovich Patolichev Никола́й Семёнович Патоличев (23 Sep 1908 - 1 Dec 1989) was the 12th First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Belorussian Communist Party (1950 - 1956) and later the 5th Minister of Foreign Trade (внешней торговли) (1958 - 1985). Dmitry Fyodorovich Ustinov (Дмитрий Фёдорович Устинов) (30 Oct 1908 - 20 Dec 1984) with 11 Lenins, a HSU, 2 HSLs, Hero of Czechoslovakia, Hero of Mongolia, and numerous other orders and medals.Marshal of the Soviet Union Ustinov was Minister of Defence between 1976 and 1984. Colonel-General of Aviation Yakovlev was an aircraft constructor, Deputy of the Supreme Soviet and later Member of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet.
