My congratulations........When you will receive document please posted good scan......This is so called intermidiate emission (or 2 type) of the George Dimitrov order. Awarded in 50-early 60......With number on reverse but light version.....There were some different varietys of the 2 type order. Look.This variant early comes after so called heavy Dimitrov.
