as far as I know, Orders of St. Sava with image of St. Sava in red robe were made by Arthus Bertrand (Paris), G. A. Scheid (Wienna) and also Karl Fischmeister.

Sasha is correct regarding the producers listed, the chronological correct order would be:

Rothe&Neffe

K. Fischmeister

G.A. Scheid

Arthus Bertrand

and there also exist red variants made by Sorlini and Huguenin
