Guest Rick Research Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Looks fine to me. Haven't had a clue on values since the interent made printed catalogs extinct.

avadski Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 What was the difference between the cross on Hauptman's badge and 'circle' on my example?
Ulsterman Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 No significant difference' it's a mere member's pin, but just another variation.
Histaria Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 What was the difference between the cross on Hauptman's badge and 'circle' on my example? Originally, you had to have been a "front fighter" to become a member of the organization. Later, they started letting in younger men (and women in an auxiliary) who had not served at the front and they were allowed to wear a member's pin, but without the IC. The "circle" on your pin is just the rendering of a helmet's side lug.
