Not positive if that's the correct title but that's what the seller called it. Any additional information would be deeply appreciated.

There's no English way to translate words like "Avtotransportnik" which I suppose literally would be "auto transporter" but that sounds like a VEHICLE rather than a PERSON in English. A "-nik" is "one who does what precedes" whatever the -nik is for.

Hi Rick,

Sorry for the delayed reply on my part. Been up to my ears and beyond. Many thanks for the info and translation. Hoping to learn more about it over time... although from what I've seen there seem to be a whole range of these types of "Honored" or similar type awards. One could almost specialize in nothing but these and have a huge collection with all the variations, etc. I don't think it would be possible to run out of pieces to collect.
