leigh kitchen Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 And all I've got is a few badges & helmets - I get the impression you guys out in these cold places like Norway & Sweden are tripping over all this WWII German stuff? It makes my $2 tatty shoulderboards & stuff look p[retty poor. Just to pile on the agony - time you showed more of your collection too Mr Norstrom?

MG1918 Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 Your collection is like all Norwegian women.....beautiful! Great display. out of interest what are the Norwegian deactivation rules? Best wishes, Mark
fj1 Posted November 10, 2009 Author Posted November 10, 2009 The new gun regulations in Norway (from 1/7-09) says: A weapon is considered to be made permanent useless (disabled) for weapon law § 1 second paragraph if all essential parts of the weapon made permanently unusable, and these can not be removed, replaced or modified in a way that will make it possible to reactivate the weapon. Disable No one can be made by or controlled by the approved provider or any stock market maker, or the police. When disabling is made or controlled by, the police may cause the gun a prominent brand. Police Directorate sets out procedures for which requirements will be set for that weapon is disabled, and for the implementation and control of the disabling.
