Paul C
I am researching a Dr. Siegfrid Kirshheimer for a friend. I was told by his son that he was a WWI doctor, awarded the EK and who came to the US in 1939. The son followed in 1941. I checked the 1914 Army rangliste and I can not find a match. Can anyone help?
