Organisational Badges SA Sympathizer Stick Pin ?

Hi,

Bought this small stick pin a couple of weeks ago. Measures 1,5cm x 1,5 with a miniature photo of Adolf in SA uniform, reverse is not stamped. Not certain, could it be for SA sympathizer ? anyone know for sure.

from the way its made I assume you can find them with pictures of just about anything? It looks to be a generic holder.

my opinion is that this is a fairly early piece of 'kitsch'. as chris alludes, this type of item came in all sorts of permutations, but were eventually frowned upon once old adolf started to gain real power. one only has to glance at the photo. he looks relatively young and is wearing an earlier uniform.

Hi ! There was a really huge amount of these sympathizers badges. I have 5 only with old Adolf on it but there were also others with the swastika.
