Soviet badge of honor type 4 var 2

i got this one today and it looks good but what bothers me is the letters "CCCP" which the two C's in the middle are not even the one of the right is lower that the other one. I would like yalls opinions on this badge of honor

The letters on this types is the weakest point, it could be mended one
