Chris Boonzaier Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 Although it does not make it "cool"... the unit had a certain claim to fame.... what was it?
IrishGunner Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 Hitlers Regiment. Yep, the List Regiment. Curious - did it add a premium to the price?
Chip Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 Is "Gefreiten" a mis-spelling? I have always seen it as Gefreiter. Chip
Ulsterman Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 Not only his regiment- BUT this man knew Hitler and probably "ran" with him at one point. Look at his assignment.
saschaw Posted October 29, 2010 Posted October 29, 2010 Is "Gefreiten" a mis-spelling? I have always seen it as Gefreiter. "dem Gefreiten" is the proper dative case for "der Gefreite" or "Gefreiter". German's like Latin with the endings... just different. ;)
