Porfirii Kulibo is no problemo (though if this is Ukrainian, that appears to make his family name "Hunchback").

Thingy is "ya".

On second glance, I believe the otchestvo is "Emel'yanovich". Not a very common name indeed.

Ah!

I have a similar "weird patronymic" and on no two documents did they ever spell "Silivestrevich" the same way, so even I can't tell whether it SHOULD have been "Sil'vestrovich" or "Silvyestrovich" or whatever Sylvester's-son should have been.
