Paul R Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 Those are some really nice sets. I love the Stasi officer boards.
Kev in Deva Posted December 8, 2010 Author Posted December 8, 2010 Hallo Paul, I believe all the items are from the same man. Incredible to find in a Romanian second-hand clothing shop even though their stock comes from Germany, Somebody must have been having a clean out. As a matter of intrest what rank are officer boards for? Kevin in Deva.
Paul R Posted December 21, 2010 Posted December 21, 2010 Hi. The rank is for Oberleutnant. That is a great set. Congratulations. Here is an awesome diagram, which outlines the paygrades within the DDR Armed Forces: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_People's_Army
