I did a search on Wikipedia and as of July, 2008 there were two undermanned Battalions of Marines.

I thought this would be a good thread to show my Iraqi Navy anchor device. It is stamped gilt and very well detailed and is 1 1/2" high. I am not sure if it is a hat/beret insignia or for the collars on a dress uniform. Any info would be appreciated. Scott.

I asked my friend in Iraq and as far as he knew, the Iraqi Marines weren't started until 2003.
