Soviet Theft Alert! Keep an eye out for this ORB

This Order of the Red Banner was one of the items stolen from a Minnesota collector around Thanksgiving. Here's the thread going into more detail:

This ORB was, it seems, the only Soviet Order. Sadly the owner did not record the serial number. He could only provide this photo:

I know it's not much to go on without the SN... but notice what looks like stains on the ribbon especially in the lower areas which form specific patterns that could be matched.

Anyhow, keep an eye out and if anyone tries to offer you what looks like this ORB you may want to contact law enforcement with the details. Explain that it may be connected to the robbery in question (see the above thread) and with luck we can run these low life's down, see they're punished for their crime and hopefully see the recovery of some or all of this collection.
