I know this post is nearly 20 years old - but the certificate shows the name of the brother of my grandfather: Willi Oblau. He was a soldier in the Condor Legion and died in the Spanish Civil War near Bilbao. I was really surprised to find this certificate here. Is there any chance to get in contact to the owner? I tried to send an e-mail, but didn't get any response so far.
