makedon Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 Hello, I have this small collection of Middle East and N. Africa medals and decorations. I know what some of them are, but not all. Also, there are some unofficial medals in the group. If any member knows what each medal is (and if possible a short traslation of the reverses), it would be highly appreciated!
makedon Posted January 25, 2011 Author Posted January 25, 2011 Here is a photo of the obverse. the last two medals were irrelevant, of course!

Guest IMHF Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 Nice assortment of medals there. How did you come across them all? I agree, was wondering if you might have any other Iraqi medals in your collection? Lorenzo
makedon Posted February 4, 2011 Author Posted February 4, 2011 Thank you for the translation! I just bought them altogether, along with some Greek and other foreign medals, without having a real interest. To be honest, I am thinking about selling most of them. The only Iraqi I have Lorenzo is a nice Officer of the Order of the Two Rivers.
