"Technisches Notruf" sp ?? on a black uniform A post WW2 organisation of some kind, maybe this is connected. I posted it now to the German insignia forum, in order to establish period and I must say it has to go as well because I do not collect German insignia (I hoped its from some another European country, so I can use it as a decorative piece for display).
